Birmingham independent food fair is to be held at Millennium Point on September 13th.
Organised by Dine Birmingham and with the organisers of #future foodies.
The rise of independents in Birmingham is well noted and through organisations such as Independent Birmingham and Yelp Brum publicity and encouragement has developed cafe’s, bars and restaurants and has assisted them in thriving in a city that was better known for its chains.
Birmingham’s food scene ranges from gourmet restaurants to coffee shops to cocktail bars to street food. Continental delis and specialist food producers also now thrive.
The independent food fair will bring a number of those producers and traders together in one place.
For a full list if traders see their website http://www.bhamfoodfair.com
